We are intent on building a business that delights its customers and becomes a place where people queue up to join us.  Three core values guide us every day.  These are:

 

1.  Reputation - culture & clients.  We understand how important it is that we represent our customers' brands appropriately.  We are trusted with the representation of their business and we will stop at nothing to ensure that we make them proud of our efforts.  We do not take this responsibility lightly.  Further, we want to create a company that draws potential employees to it.  We want people to be recommending durhamlane to their friends, seeking out opportunities to join our business and progressing their development once they get here.  We are committed to providing a fun and flexible working environment.

 

2.  Making a measurable difference.  Our business is about sales performance so you won't be surprised to hear us say, "If you can't measure it, you can't monitor it".  We have to see a positive return from all contracts we accept.  This is why we are fussy about who we work with.  Making a measurable difference is part of our DNA.

 

3.  Profitable enjoyment.  We want to have fun, and make other people happy, but we also want to make money.  That's just the way it is!
